By registering for the health challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   a. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

   b. Participants must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.

   c. Participants must be residing in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia or Thailand.

2. Participation:

   a. Participation in the health challenge is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

   b. Participants should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or fitness programme.

   c. Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing during the challenge.

3. Challenge Guidelines:

   a. Participants are required to register for the challenge via the 'Mental Health Quest Registration' lesson on the Naluri App and/or Naluri Web to be eligible for the challenge

   b. Participants are required to sync their step count with the Naluri App through Apple Health or Google Fit.

   b. All activities must be recorded within the designated challenge period.

   c. Participants must comply with the rules and guidelines provided by the challenge organisers.

   d. Any form of cheating or misrepresentation of any of the listed activities will result in disqualification.

4. Privacy:

   a. Participant data collected during registration and throughout the challenge will be used solely for the purpose of organising and evaluating the challenge.

   b. Participant data will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

   c. By participating in this challenge, eligible participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and agree and consent to allow his/her personal data to be collected, processed and used by Naluri in accordance with the Naluri Privacy Policy.
   In addition, and without prejudice to the terms in Naluri's Privacy Policy, eligible participants agree and consent to his/her personal data or information being collected, processed and used by Naluri for:
   a) the purposes of the challenges; and
   b) marketing and promotional activities conducted by Naluri, including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet. Marketing and promotion activities include, without limitation, the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, interview material as well responses and related photographs. In this regard, eligible participants agree to cooperate and participate in all advertising and publicity activities of Naluri in relation to the challenge.

5. Ownership of Content:

   a. Participants retain ownership of their own data and any other content submitted during the challenge.

   b. By participating, participants grant the challenge organisers the right to use and display their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

6. Indemnity:

   a. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the challenge organisers, their affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the challenge.

7. Disqualification and Termination:

   a. The challenge organisers reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or engage in any unethical or harmful behaviour.

   b. The challenge organisers reserve the right to terminate or modify the challenge at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability:

   a. The challenge organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants' personal property or health during the challenge.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   a.  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

By registering for the health challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the challenge.
