24-hour emergency and crisis incidence response

Support interventions tailored to affected employees' needs
Naluri's crisis team's 24-hour onsite mobilisation includes cognitive function/impairment and PTSD assessments to understand the crisis' impact.
We also collaborate with investigative teams to determine the incidents' root causes and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Intervention plans for each affected individual are determined, and assesss whether they are ready to return to work.
