Gamuda Berhad Launches GLOW Programme with Naluri

Gamuda Berhad, one of Malaysia’s largest infrastructure firms, has taken a significant step towards enhancing employee wellbeing by launching the GLOW (Gamuda Lifestyle & Overall Wellness) programme in collaboration with Naluri. 

Inspired by the positive multi-year partnership between Gamuda Land (a subsidiary of Gamuda Berhad) and Naluri, Gamuda Berhad rolled out the GLOW programme to offer a range of wellness support services to all Gamuda employees, including professional health coaching, round-the-clock mental health carelines, and other resources and tools to promote positive wellbeing.

The launch of the programme was hosted at Gamuda Clinic, Menara Gamuda in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The gathering attracted over 300 employees, demonstrating the high level of interest and engagement among Gamuda Berhad’s employees.

The event started with an inspiring opening ceremony by Wong Siew Lee, Gamuda Land's Chief Operating Officer and Lye Ling Wong, Gamuda Berhad’s Senior GM, Group HR & Admin. Their distinguished speeches set a warm and optimistic tone, by expressing the company’s excitement for the programme and its potential positive impact on the lives of its employees.

Naluri Chief Operating Officer Kenneth Koh took to the stage to address the growing concern of mental and physical health risks across all age groups in the workplace. He emphasized the importance of proactive health management in tackling these pressing issues.

To commemorate the launch, Naluri Mental Health Coach Mohd Zarul Fikri discussed strategies for managing stress and anxiety and highlighted their importance in the workplace.

The Gamuda Berhad team participated in a company-wide mental health assessment and physical health checks to better understand their current health risks and establish health baselines.

The Naluri coaching team was also on-site, available for immediate consultations to help employees determine the best and most effective interventions for themselves. The Naluri coaching team also helped employees understand their assessment results better.

Over 250 Gamuda Berhad employees registered for a Naluri account on the spot, eager to embark on their wellness journey, demonstrating a high level of engagement and excitement for the GLOW programme.
