H&M Group Production Office Indonesia, a fashion company and part of the H&M group, has partnered with Naluri to enhance its employee’s well-being. The new initiative will provide all H&M Group Production Office's employees with direct access to various health and well-being resources and support provided by Naluri.
Country HR and Operation Head Teddy Gusmara shared, “We think Naluri’s holistic approach to health and well-being improvement is best suited for today’s era. We can’t deny that physical and mental health are both important now. I encourage everyone from H&M Group to leverage this programme and feel its benefit fully.”
To kick off the programme, Naluri’s Mental Health Coach, Fatimah Muthahirah, hosted a company-wide seminar titled “How Work-Life Balance Can Affect Our Mental Health” and was on-hand to guide the employees with practical tips for maintaining good mental health.
Employees were also encouraged to undergo physical health check-ins, including blood pressure measures, blood sugar analysis, and body weight readings. This confidential information helps the Naluri coaching team determine the best course of action to help every H&M Group employee in the Production Office in achieving their unique health goals.
We would like to thank Teddy Gusmara, Restu Putri, and the whole H&M Group team for prioritising their employee health and well-being and for taking great steps to build a healthier, happier, more engaged team.
