To commemorate the launch of the programme, Naluri was invited to Kraft Heinz Indonesia’s head office to host a health talk by Naluri Mental Health Coach, Fatimah Muthahirah. The talk, titled “How Work-Life Balance Can Affect Our Mental Health”, educated employees on the importance of work-life balance and provided practical tips for maintaining good mental health.
Dina Sitopu, Kraft Heinz Indonesia People and Performance Director, added: “We believe that employees’ health, well-being, and work-life balance are crucial to their performance. That’s why we firmly believe in the principle of ‘Happy Employee, Happy Business.’ We are excited about this collaboration with Naluri and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our employees.”
Employees were also encouraged to undergo physical check-ins, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and body weight readings. This private and confidential information helps the Naluri coaching team determine the best course of action; they were also available onsite for consultations,
