Schneider Electric Malaysia, a global leader in energy management and industrial automation solutions, recently launched a comprehensive employee wellness programme to prioritise health and wellness in the workplace in collaboration with Naluri.
The launch of the programme, held at Schneider Electric Malaysia HQ, kicked off with an inspiring speech from Jin Hui, Schneider Electric HR Country Lead, highlighting the significance of mental health. Health checks were encouraged for all employees, including blood tests, to determine a health baseline for each employee. There were also consultation booths with Naluri Mental Health Coaches available for one-on-one private and confidential discussions on any specific health concerns, personalised guidance on establishing their health goals, and their health screening results.
