AIA Malaysia, a leading insurance provider, has partnered with Naluri to introduce the groundbreaking HolistiCare Solution—a holistic and integrated employee wellbeing programme. Designed to address the multifaceted health needs of today’s workforce, HolistiCare goes beyond traditional wellness programs by incorporating mental, physical, financial, and social health support into a seamless, end-to-end solution.

The HolistiCare Solution was officially unveiled on 8 January 2025 during AIA’s townhall at the Renaissance Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The launch event featured the participation of AIA Malaysia’s leadership team, including Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Penelope Gan, who introduced the new HolistiCare Solution programme and its partnership with Naluri.
In her address, Gan highlighted the multidisciplinary approach of this enhanced holistic wellbeing insurance offering, which combines data-driven tools and coaching resources to support mental health, physical health, financial wellbeing, and professional growth. She also urged employees to connect with the Naluri team to explore the full range of benefits available and receive tailored guidance to take the next steps on their health and wellbeing journey.
As part of the rollout, a two-day onsite activation was held on 13 and 14 January 2025 at Menara AIA in Kuala Lumpur. This immersive event brought the HolistiCare Solution to life for over 2,400 AIA employees, providing them with firsthand experience of the programme’s comprehensive offerings.
