Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), a leading bank in Indonesia, has launched a new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in collaboration with Naluri as part of its ongoing transformation efforts. Aiming to enhance organisational performance, this comprehensive wellbeing programme offers integrated support for the mental, physical, and financial health of over 2,000 BNI employees.
EAP Launch at the BNI Culture Fest 2024
The BNI Culture Fest 2024, held at Menara BNI Pejompongan on 14 November 2024, served as the backdrop for this significant milestone. During the event, BNI unveiled a range of employee wellbeing initiatives designed to foster a strong work culture and enhance performance, including Naluri's EAP.
The occasion was graced by esteemed guests, including Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Aminuddin Ma’ruf, BNI President Director Royke Tumilaar, and BNI Director of Human Capital and Compliance Mucharom.
Dr Hafidz Alhadi, Naluri Indonesia Country Head, kicked off the EAP launch with an introduction to Naluri’s holistic approach to employee health. Attendees were, then, taken on a virtual tour of the Naluri App, showcasing how users can access resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
Following this, Naluri Mental Health Coach, Qisthi Rahmania, presented an engaging talk show titled "How Are You Really?” offering valuable insights into understanding mental health, recognising signs of distress, practising self-care, and building supportive environments.
Throughout the event, attendees could connect with the Naluri team and visit Naluri's booth to learn more about the new programme. They could also take part in other interactive activities, such as the "Jar of Task" where participants would pick a health-related task at random to be completed on the Naluri App, like logging a food journal or mood journal entry.
Enabling A Culture of Wellbeing in the Workplace
The newly launched EAP underpins BNI’s ambition to nurture innovation and productivity. With digital coaching, a 24/7 helpline, and exclusive health content, employees can expect to receive personalised support through the programme that encourages personal and professional growth.
We thank Mr Mucharom, Ms Yenni, Mr Jibril, and the entire BNI team for prioritising employee health at this crucial time and for entrusting Naluri to support their journey towards a resilient, healthy, and high-performing workforce.
